I don't think I could call a drug company a "potion" mixer, at least not in the sense you mean it to be. I'm asking a question related to an article I read that seems to point to the a different way of looking at the drug companies.

As near as I can tell what they are talking about is the legislation that was trying to stop people from buying cheap meds from mexico and canada, but seeing as the whole idea of stopping the med inflow has died..
